About Shipping

Can I choose a delivery method?

As all delivery methods are selected by us on a case-by-case basis, we cannot offer our customers a choice of delivery methods

Can I check the logistics status?

After the item has been collected, we will send you an email stating that the shipment has been completed. You can check the status of the shipment using the shipping number included
in the email.

When will the product ship?

Generally, the product will be shipped within the next business day to 12 business days
from the date of payment.
* Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, so orders will be carried forward to the next business day.
* Estimated shipping dates may change based on traffic conditions

Which Courier company will it be delivered through?

Orders will be delivered via EMS or UPS.

Failed to receive the item, can I remail it?

We are unable to redeliver the package due to the customer's own reasons, for example:
[storage period expired] or [address incomplete].
For transhipment, please register the correct address here and pay the transhipment fee

I used the wrong shipping address when I placed my order
